Casamigos Anejo este un sortiment plin de expresivitate, obţinut din agave albastre Weber culese manual din Jalisco, Mexic şi învechit timp de 14 luni în butoaie americane din lemn de stejar. Agavele sunt rumenite de 10 ori mai mult decât se obişnuieşte, iar fermentarea se întinde pe o perioadă dublă de timp, de aici bogăţia aromatică şi textura catifelată a acestei expresii. Buchetul se prezintă mai puţin dulce decât în cazul sortimentului Reposado, etalând în schimb nuanţe bogate de lemn, dar şi accente fine de mentol în postgust.
Profil aromatic: Buchet aromat, uşor piperat, care etalează note fine de vanilie, lemn şi condimente, acompaniat de un gust bogat de agavă şi lemn. Finish-ul păstrează acelaşi registru şi se prezintă elegant, cu un echilibru perfect piperat-lemnos, uşor mentolat.
